Q: This is at a preschool. Is it just for preschoolers?
A: No, STEM is fun for the whole family! The majority of our events will be geared toward children aged 2 to 12. We will have everything from plantings and a magician to wind tunnels and minecraft. Even adults will enjoy the day and this will bring out the kid in you!
Q: Is the event for 4 hours, from 10-2?
A: The event is from 10am-2pm. However, you can come the entire time or just part of the time. There will be activities throughout the day.
Q: Can I bring my baby?
A: We love babies! Please consider wearing your infant or parking your stroller in our “stroller parking zone”.
Q: This is during lunch time, will there be food?
A: We will be selling lunch, sweets, and snow cones in our fellowship hall. There will be places to sit inside and outside (weather permitting) with your family.
Q: What if I need to leave and come back?
A: You will receive a stamp when you check in for the event. The stamp will allow you to come and go as needed throughout the day.
Q: Will there be enough parking?
A: Someone will be guiding traffic. Should you need additional parking you can park across the street from the church on Springstone Dr.
Q: Is there a girl scout badge program again this year?
A: The STEM fair is a great place for girl scouts to earn badges, although this year the STEM fair is not specifically registered for any particular girl scout badges.
Q: Can I drop my child off and return later to pick him or her up?
A: No, we are asking parents to please supervise their children while they enjoy all of the activities.
